The truth is we own the cattle and the Federally USDA inspected plant. We are offering our wholesale customers the option to purchase the whole animal fabricated and packaged the way you want it. We will hang it and age it to your specifications.
Our fee structure is simple:

Your price for finished product will average $7.35-$7.97.
Our capacity is 500 head per month.
Cattle are 100% grass fed or grain finished. You choose.
We grade the carcasses on the rail.
We use a bar code system that has all of your information, cutting instructions, kill date, hang time, fabrication instructions and the list goes on.
Weight and sizes of animal varies a little, but we can make sure to get the most consistent live product so that the final product meets your specifications.

A deposit for purchasing beef orders is required at the time of purchase with the remaining balance due before delivery.

We age our beef 14 days as a standard.

We will deliver the finished product to your door free of charge within 50 miles of Grand Bay, AL one way.
*Additional charge of $3.65 per mile over 50 miles will be billed. -
