Shipping & Delivery Policy

Mason Hills Farm offers several options for receiving your order. Please review the following guidelines before placing your order.

Delivery is contingent upon safe and reasonable access to the delivery location. Mason Hills Farm reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or adjust delivery if property conditions prevent safe access for delivery vehicles.

Order Minimum for Shipping or Delivery

Orders must total at least $100 to qualify for shipping or local delivery. Orders below this amount must be picked up in person.

Shipping

Shipping is available for qualifying orders. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are determined by the carrier. Mason Hills Farm does not control or set shipping rates and is not responsible for carrier pricing changes or delivery delays once an order has been shipped.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available within the surrounding area of Mason Hills Farm.

0–15 miles from the farm: Free delivery
16–30 miles from the farm: $15 delivery fee
Delivery beyond 30 miles may not be available or may require special arrangements.

Customers will be contacted to coordinate delivery timing. Someone must be available to receive the order at the time of delivery.

In-Store Pickup

Free pickup is available at the farm. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup and should bring appropriate coolers or containers for transporting meat products.

Product Responsibility

Once an order has been picked up or delivered, customers are responsible for proper storage and handling of their products.

Delivery schedules may vary based on order volume, route planning, and availability. Mason Hills Farm reserves the right to adjust delivery schedules as needed.
