Additional Information

- The entry fee covers participation in your choice, one or all, of the People’s Choice Competitions .

- The entry fee does not include tents, water, or power.

-Additional Pork Butts and Herschel burgers will be available on-site for purchase.

-Each team should prepare at least 200 samples per category.

- Teams are welcome and encouraged to sell and promote their products, such as spices and sauces, during the competition.

- Priority placement for the 2025 Cook-off will be given to participants of this inaugural year.
